QSC Limited Warranty
QSC provides its own manufacturer's Limited Warranty during the warranty period (“Warranty Period”) described in the Limited Warranty Period Table (“Table”). No other or more extensive rights than those described herein can be derived from this Limited Warranty.
THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SET OUT IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE IN ADDITION TO AND INDEPENDENT OF THE STATUTORY WARRANTY CLAIMS THAT YOU HAVE BASED ON YOUR LOCAL LAW.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR BY COUNTRY OR PROVINCE)., OTHER THAN DESCRIBED IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH. QSC DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAW (THESE WARRANTY LIMITATIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR CONSUMERS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, SWITZERLAND, UK AND AUSTRALIA).
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QSC DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, QSC LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT QSC'S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

If you purchased your Product from QSC.com or from authorized resellers located in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia Pacific countries and all countries that are not expressly assigned to QSC EMEA GmbH or QSC SAARC below, the warranty provider is QSC, LLC. What is covered by this Limited Warranty?
QSC warrants the Products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with QSC’s published guidelines for a Standard Warranty Period and Extended Limited Warranty Period as defined in the Product List at the end of this warranty statement.
Standard and Extended Warranty Requirements:
- Standard Limited Warranty Period, described in the Product List, begins from the invoice date of first purchase. Proof of Purchase is required for warranty validation.
- Extended Limited Warranty Period, described in the Product List, begins from the invoice date of first purchase. Proof of Purchase is required for warranty validation and the Extended Limited Warranty period will only apply if the Product is registered at https://www.qsc.com/support/product-registration/.
- The registration must have been completed within 30 days of purchase.
QSC or the respective QSC Service Partner will charge you a fee:
- If the examination of your Product by QSC or the QSC Service Partner (Service Center Directory link: https://www.qsc.com/support/product-repair/service-centers/) shows that you are not entitled to a warranty claim, regardless of the legal grounds, or
- No fault was found during the examination of your Product and your Product is working without any faults.
What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
a) Any non-QSC branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with a Product. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than QSC, may provide their own warranties to you and you should contact them for further information;
b) Software distributed by QSC with or without the QSC brand is not covered by this Warranty. Please refer to the licensing agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights with respect to its use. QSC does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. QSC is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product use;
c) When providing repair or replacement service, QSC will not provide any recovery or transfer of software or data contained on the serviced Product unit not originally included in the Product. Repaired or replacement devices will conform to the warranty for the unexpired duration of the Warranty Period for the nonconforming Product;
d) Damage caused by improper use, care, or maintenance or failure to follow the instructions and/or maintenance and repair recommendations contained in the User Manual, or at www.qsc.com;
e) Product that has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written permission of QSC;
f) Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or manufacture;
g) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, exposure to liquids, fire, earthquake, acts of God, or other external causes;
h) Damage caused by operating the Product outside QSC's published guidelines;
i) Damage caused by service (including, without limitation, upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorized Service Partner of QSC (including, without limitation, attempts to "hack" or modify firmware or software);
j) Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
k) Conditions caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product,
l) Damage caused by use with another product;
m) Product on which any serial number has been removed, altered or defaced;
n) This Limited Warranty does not cover the transport costs and risks of transporting your Product to QSC or a Service Partner (Service Center Directory link: https://www.qsc.com/support/product-repair/service-centers/ ).
Whom to contact in case of Limited Warranty claims? How to make a claim!
If the Product fails to conform to the preceding warranties and you wish to make a claim in respect of the Limited Warranty under this document, you must:
- Notify QSC or a QSC Service Partner that there may be a defect by contacting them through email or telephone; proof of purchase is required to verify warranty status and whether your Product is still within the warranty applicable at the time of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we can refuse the warranty service.
- In case repair work is necessary according to the information provided, the Product must be delivered to QSC or the QSC Service Partner, via pre-paid transportation. You are responsible for insurance, if applicable, and for ensuring that damage to the goods in transportation is prevented by secure packaging.

All expenses incurred in making a claim under this document shall be borne by you.
What will QSC provide in the event the Warranty is breached?
If during the Warranty Period, you submit a claim to QSC or a QSC Service Partner in accordance with this Limited Warranty, at QSC’s discretion, QSC will provide one of the below options:
- repair any nonconforming Product or components. QSC may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims; or,
- replacement of any nonconforming Product or components with conforming Product or components. QSC may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims; or
- refund the current value of the Product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price, whichever is less.
No other or more extensive rights can be derived from this Limited Warranty

THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THE WARRANTIES SET OUT IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE IN ADDITION TO THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES UNDER DIVISION 1 OF PART 3-2 OF THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND ANY OTHER STATUTORY RIGHTS AND REMEDIES THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.
OUR GOODS COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE AND COMPENSATION FOR ANY OTHER REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOU ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO HAVE THE GOODS REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF THE GOODS FAIL TO BE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND THE FAILURE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A MAJOR FAILURE.
