Jatan has held the role of President since January 2022. He joined QSC in 2010 in the role of CFO, with over a decade of experience in strategic operations, product development, finance, and strategy. In 2012, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, COO and CTO. Since then, Jatan has taken on increasing responsibilities, successfully building new teams and capabilities while adding scale and driving success across the organization. Jatan also serves as the 2025 Chair of the Board of Directors for AVIXA working with AVIXA executives, member organizations, industry partners and creative professionals to help shape the association's vision and expand the AV industry. Prior, Jatan worked at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he was Senior Engagement Manager, and Carrier Corporation, a provider of HVAC systems. In 2011 he received the Orange County Business Journal's CFO of the Year Award. Jatan holds multiple graduate degrees in Finance, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Applied Behavioral Analysis with an emphasis in autism, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Jatan’s interests include technology, music, business transformation and special education.

Markus Winkler joined QSC in June 2017 and is the Executive Vice President of EMEA and APAC leading the rapidly expanding global business and overseeing the efforts to expand operational presence in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), APAC (Asia and Pacific), and India. Previously, Markus served at Shure EMEA and brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the audio-visual industry. During his tenure with Shure, Markus led the expansion and growth of Shure's thriving business and organization in EMEA, serving as Managing Director of the region. Markus holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt from the University of Pforzheim, Germany.

Frank has been leading the Q-SYS Americas sales team since 2016. He started at the company in 2014 as Director of Systems Sales, US Central and brings more than 24 years of audio visual integration experience. Prior to joining Q-SYS, Frank had a successful 14-year career with Biamp, where he held various sales management roles. Earlier in his career, he worked for Fast Multimedia, a broadcast video editing company, and for Toshiba’s consumer products division. He holds a communications degree from Northern Illinois University.

Karon joined the company in January of 2016 as Vice President of Global Supply Chain. She has over 25 years of supply chain experience and has been responsible for building supply chain teams and processes from ground zero in startup VC funded environments as well as revamping existing teams and processes within established supply chain enterprises. She has extensive knowledge and experience in establishing leading practice processes and systems enabling demand driven value networks in data storage, telecom, solar and security industries. She is sought out by various supply chain publications as well as leading supply chain conference events to speak about the importance of digital supply chains highlighting the value of multi-enterprise collaboration in achieving a positive customer experience. She holds a B.A. from California State University-Fullerton's College of Business & Economics, attended USD's graduate school supply chain program and achieved a certificate in Global Leadership from IMD's Business School's program in Switzerland in 2014.

Sanjay Kulkarni is Vice President of Product Management at QSC, where he leads the strategic direction and execution of the Q-SYS platform. Since joining the company, Sanjay has been instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of integrators and end users across global markets. With over 20 years of experience in product leadership, systems design, and software development, Sanjay brings a deep understanding of both technical innovation and customer-centric strategy to deliver business outcomes. Prior to QSC, he held senior roles at HARMAN, Apogee Electronics and other technology companies, where he led global product initiatives and helped launch industry-defining solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications degree from the University of Pune, India, and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.

Tae Kim joined QSC in 2024 as Vice President of Engineering & Software Delivery. Under Tae’s leadership, QSC will continue to focus on building a responsive and high-quality software delivery capability focused on the entire software delivery lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Tae brings extensive experience in both software and hardware development across B2C and B2B portfolios. He has held leadership roles at companies like Mersive Technologies, JumpCloud, SolidFire, and Skype/Microsoft, guiding product development and driving rapid growth. Tae is passionate about agile execution in product development and believes people are a company’s true assets. Tae holds a bachelor’s in science and engineering from Colorado State University.

Patrick joined the company in 2005 and held several marketing leadership roles throughout his tenure, most recently being promoted to Vice President, Q-SYS Marketing in October 2022. Patrick oversees Q-SYS Product, Platform and Partner marketing, as well as global events and training. He has worked to redefine the marketing and training experience in our industry with a distinctly different focus on engaging, joyful, human experiences. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business from UC Irvine.

Basel previously joined QSC in 2011 as Vice President of Strategic Operations, NPI, and Quality, where he led global expansion initiatives, manufacturing strategy, and new product launches. In 2021, Basel joined Logitech, where he held progressively senior leadership roles focused on large-scale operational transformation, cost efficiency, and accelerating speed-to-market. Earlier in his career, he served as a Director in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC/PRTM), leading complex, cross-functional, and international engagements to rapidly launch products while reducing cost and risk. Basel holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and engineering degrees from UCLA.

Jason Shangkuan joined QSC in 2024 as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the company’s digital transformation. With a focus on modernizing data infrastructure and leveraging AI and GenAI, Jason will drive innovation in customer solutions and unlock new business value. He will also guide QSC’s shift toward software and cloud solutions, enhancing both employee and customer experiences through cutting-edge digital technologies. Jason brings over a decade of experience from McKinsey & Company, where he led digital transformations for Fortune 100 companies. He holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School.

Ronda Ross, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, joined the company in 2017 as Director of HR Operations, quickly expanding her role to enhance the strategic alignment between HR initiatives and business goals. Under her leadership, the HR team has played a pivotal role in driving organizational performance, focusing on people strategies that directly improve productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability. With a strong focus on ROI, Ronda has successfully implemented HR solutions that boost employee engagement, retention, and leadership development, helping the company attract and retain top talent. With 20 years of experience across HR and IT roles at organizations like Arbonne International and The Irvine Company, Ronda excels at transforming HR into a key business enabler. Her approach emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in people processes. Ronda holds a B.S. in Business Administration-Management from San Diego State University.

Jared Callister leads the global finance team, joining the company in 2013. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, including management of accounting, taxation, treasury, risk management, and financial planning and analysis functions. Previously, Jared enjoyed a rewarding career at Deloitte for over 11 years, serving and advising corporate clients and business owners on various accounting and tax strategies – including mergers and acquisitions, accounting methods, global expansions and international taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in the state of California. Jared received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and his master’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation from Brigham Young University.

Cynthia-Clare joined the company as VP, General Counsel in September 2022, where she is focused on overseeing all legal matters related to our business functions, contributes to the fulfillment of the company’s mission by protecting the organization's legal interests, as well as working to enhance the company’s regulatory compliance and risk monitoring functions. She is experienced in handling intellectual property, technology, M&A, commercial, and other legal matters. Cynthia-Clare comes to us from Lockheed Martin, where she was the General Counsel for Supply Chain and Operations for the Sikorsky line of business. Prior to that, she spent over 12 years at Caterpillar Inc. in various legal roles with increasing scope and responsibility. She holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Rajesh joined the company in February 2018 as Sales Director, India promoted as Managing Director, Sales & Marketing in 2019 and recently promoted in April 2023 to Vice President South Asia Region where he is responsible for not only India, but the entire SAARC region. Rajesh has been part of the AV and IT industry for almost 23 years he has worked to drive sales, business development as well as channel and customer management across several industry verticals. Prior, Rajesh held management and sales positions for Samsung Electronics and Acer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University.

Ron currently serves as VP of Corporate Market Services and Co-Managing Director of QSC EMEA GmbH. Ron joined QSC in 2017 as Senior Director of EMEA Sales and in January 2022, moved into the role of VP, EMEA General Manager and Co- Managing Director QSC EMEA. He has been instrumental in driving significant regional growth, including several office expansions, strategic distribution changes, and restructuring of both customer relationships and sales operations. Before joining QSC, Ron spent over 17 years at Shure, where he held various leadership positions in sales and marketing, ultimately serving as General Manager, EMEA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.

Duncan Savage joined QSC in 2017 as Managing Director, UK, bringing nearly two decades of AV industry experience to the organization. Under his leadership, QSC opened its first London showroom, launched the globally acclaimed "Architect" training program, and established EMEA’s first Q-SYS Experience Center. Duncan has played a key role in expanding QSC’s presence in corporate, education, and cinema markets across Europe and will now lead QSC’s growth in APAC, leveraging his extensive experience to drive success in the region. Duncan holds a management degree from the Cranfield School of Management and an engineering degree from Brookland College.

David’s career includes decades as a senior executive in the music products industry with companies that include ADAM Audio GmbH, Guitar Center, Harman, and AKG. David played a pivotal leadership role at Guitar Center in the development of its merchandising, marketing and private label programs, as well as plans for expansion outside the U.S. As an industry consultant, he has utilized his extensive international experience in marketing, product management, and international distribution to develop business relationships for his clients throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.

Christopher Jaynes is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Q-SYS, a cloud-manageable audio, video, and control platform. He oversees all aspects of Research & Development (R&D), including software, hardware, mechanical, test, and systems engineering, ensuring cohesive product outcomes that meet customer needs. Since joining Q-SYS in May 2023 as Senior Vice President of Software Technologies, Chris has led advancements in software quality, AI research, and technology delivery. In 2006, Chris founded Mersive Technologies, growing it into a global leader in wireless media streaming, with technology deployed in over 300,000 locations. Previously, he was a professor of Computer Science and Director of the Center for Visualization and Virtual Environments at the University of Kentucky, researching artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Utah and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. His work has resulted in over 100 scientific articles, a book, and 30+ patents. He is also a recipient of the NSF CAREER award and the 2019 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Jason Moss joined QSC in 2020 and is the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing & Ecosystem. In his role, Jason leads the organization’s global marketing strategy, overseeing product, partner, brand, and communications, as well as digital and demand generation efforts, and event experiences. His responsibilities extend to corporate development, strategic alliances, and ecosystem initiatives with leading IT and technology companies and developers. Before QSC, Jason served as Global Head of Alliances and Go-To-Market at Logitech, where he also held leadership roles including General Manager of the Video Collaboration Business Group, Head of Enterprise Sales Americas and Director, Global Strategic Accounts. His previous experience includes serving as Managing Director for the Americas and Europe at E Ink Holdings, overseeing Sales and Application Engineering, and holding senior management roles in Sales and Marketing at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). With a rich background as a global technology executive, Jason has successfully launched products and services in over 30 countries and led distributed teams across South America, Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Europe, and North America. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from UC Davis and dual MBAs from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
