QSC GX7

The GX7 is one of the best investment I made in life. This power amp is a tank for something that is so light it packs a punch. You can literally take it to any venue and it will get the job done from power to clarity. This amp is worth every penny. I personally rate this power amp a 10 out of 10.

Great sound Love the crossover

After using the GX5's I needed something to push my sub's and the GX7 was my answer and with the sub crossover that made the sell. Before I hade to use another crossover in the rack now it's just QSC amp's and if things keep going I will be getting another one.

Big Power In A Small Package

I had an old AB amp die on me. I have 2 Electro-Voice S-152's and 2 S-181 subs. I did a lot of research and finally bought the QSC GX7. It's the best power amp I ever had! Takes up very little space on the rack, is very light considering it's power, and is also quiet. Can't beat the price and 6 year warranty, if registered! I have owned it for a year and would definitely buy it again! Thanks QSC!!

40+ year amateur musician, run sound for my band

Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin

I've been using the GX7 for a few years now. This amp performs admirably well, with consistently good sound at all volume levels, and zero problems. What is particularly remarkable is this amp's light weight small footprint. I am contemplating buying additional ones to replace less capable power amps in my rack.

Versatile amp for the price.

I bought this amp a little over 7 years ago and have never had a problem with it. What I like most is the optional crossover on the back that allows you to run subs on one channel and tops on the 2nd. For most of those 7 years, it was used at a 4 Ohm load to power my tops (1200 watt rated) and have done a pretty good job. I've even used at a 2 ohm load to power 4 tops once. It's not recommended but I was curious to see if it would work. Not once did it shut down or overheat. Recently I took it out the rack to use as a portable amp to power a sub and it fell about 3 feet onto concrete. I bent the back ear a little but the amp still works.

Big Power In A Small Package

I had an old AB amp die on me. I called Tyler Moore at Sweetwater. I explained that I had 2 Electro-Voice S-152's, and 2 S-181 subs to power. He recommended the QSC GX7. Best power amp I ever had! Takes up little space, and is very quiet. Can't beat the price and 6 year warranty if registered. I have owned it for a year, and would definitely buy it again! Thanks QSC!!!
