AcousticDesign Surface Mount Series AcousticDesign AD-S52T The 2-way full range system shall incorporate a 5.25 inch magnetically shielded low frequency transducer and a 1.0 inch neodymium tweeter mounted to a rectangular horn flare horn flare. The full range system’s low frequency drivers shall be loaded into a ported enclosure. The full range system shall meet the following performance criteria: frequency response of 75 Hz to 19.0 kHz ±6 dB, measured on axis with appropriate signal processing; sensitivity of 86.0 dB SPL in free field at 1 meter with an input of 2.83V; continuous output of 101.0 dB SPL; peak output of 107.0 dB SPL on axis at 1 meter; power handling of 100 watts for 8 hours with an IEC noise signal; recommended amplifier power of 200 watts; nominal impedance of 8 ohms. The full range system's nominal coverage between -6 dB points shall be 90 degrees in one plane and 90 degrees in the orthogonal plane. The loudspeaker shall have an internal low-distortion, wide-bandwidth laminated core transformer with taps for 30, 15, 7.5 & 3.75 watts at 70V and 30, 15 & 7.5 watts at 100V. The loudspeaker shall have a weather-resistant enclosure constructed of injection molded high impact polystyrene. It shall have a black or white paintable finish. Input connectors shall be parallel wired 5-way binding posts. The full range system shall have a removable ball mount adapter and an optional yoke mount. The front of the full range system shall be protected by a a heavy duty powder coated aluminum grill. The full range system's enclosure shall be 11.28 in (28.65 cm) high, 7.02 in (17.83 cm) wide and 9.33 in (21.16 cm) deep. The loudspeaker shall weigh no more than 18.0 lb (8.2 kg). The 2-way full range system shall be the QSC Audio Products AD-S52T.
