QSC Named 2015 Top Workplace in Orange County
Ranks at the top of the mid-sized manufacturers in the region by the OC Register.
Costa Mesa, CA, December 4, 2015 — QSC, LLC has been named a 2015 Top Workplace, according to the local daily newspaper, The Orange County Register. The company has earned this distinction in five of the last six years and ranks at the top of mid-sized manufacturers in the region. Top workplaces were elected based on an anonymous employee survey corresponding of 22 statements regarding their workplace experiences and company leadership. Using information and assessments provided directly by personnel from participating companies across Orange County, the employee survey firm Workplace Dynamics evaluated employee opinions and feedback and rendered results on overall organizational health, employee perceptions and employee-employer relations.
