    New Integrated Cores Provide QSC Q-Sys™ Technology for Smaller Applications

    Costa Mesa, CA (May 2012)– QSC Audio Products, LLC is pleased to announce the next generation of Q-Sys products, designed specifically to deliver powerful digital networked audio solutions for the widest range of applications. The Core 500i and Core 250i provide advanced centralized processing, routing and control for contractors and consultants needing a solution for smaller venues such as restaurants, nightclubs, stores, schools and churches. These two new Core models are fully integrated solutions, each with eight card slots on-board. The Core500i is capable of up to 128 network channels while the Core 250i provides up to 64 channels. I/O is selectable via the various Q-Sys I/O cards. Options also include the MTP-64, and MTP-128 multitrack players.     Award-Winning Folk Ensemble Bellowhead Relies on QSC K Series for U.K. Tour

    Costa Mesa, California (December 2011)– Bellowhead, a U.K.-based folk ensemble and darlings of the European festival circuit, relied on QSC K Series active loudspeakers — ten K10s and two K12s — as on-stage monitors throughout their recently completed tour of England, in support of last year's 'Hedonism' album. The much-fêted band, four times named Best Live Act at BBC Radio 2's annual Folk Awards, are expert live performers and needed powerful and reliable on-stage monitoring system for their recent tour. The band’s FOH engineer for the tour was Alistair McGibbon, known to many through his experience working with bands ranging from folksters Nizlopi to Budgie and Black Sabbath.     Spanish Speaking Church Mundo de Fe Adds QSC’s KLA Line Array

    Coppell, TX (November 03, 2011) – Spanish-speaking Iglesia Mundo de Fe, which shares a location with LifeChurch in Coppell, Texas, has installed a QSC Audio KLA Series fixed arcuate active line array system, together with K Series loudspeakers, as part of an upgrade to the audio-visual equipment in the church’s sanctuary. The QSC system was purchased from Scott Price at ProAudio.com in Ft. Worth, TX, and installed by the company’s design/build division, ChurchAudioVideo.com. In the main sanctuary at Mundo de Fe, which seats approximately 1,500 people, the KLA system is flown in two hangs, each comprising four KLA12 12-inch, two-way, loudspeakers. Six KLA181 18-inch subwoofers are ground-stacked, three per side. There are also three K12 12-inch, two-way active loudspeakers installed in a distributed ring providing delay coverage.     QSC is Granted an Audience with European Parliament

    Brussels, Belgium (Oct 2011) – QSC K12 active loudspeakers and PowerLight™ 3 amplifiers provided the powerful audio behind an official concert on the promenade in front of the European Parliament building here recently. The public event celebrated Parliament’s naming of two new landmarks, the “Simone Veil Agora,” to honor former EP president Simone Veil and the “Solidarność 1980 Esplanade,” to acknowledge the important Solidarność union movement in Europe’s recent history. Belgian audio visual company GSF Event were the project managers for the concert, and were selected by the event organizer after their very successful delivery of a smaller show on the same site earlier in the year.      Covenant Church Has Faith in QSC’s New KLA Series Line Array System

    Carrollton, TX (August 2011)–– Covenant Church has become the first House of Worship in the U.S. to purchase QSC’s new KLA Series fixed arcuate active line array system, for use across its five Dallas area campuses. The new system, which is intended for deployment at indoor and outdoor special events, comprises six KLA12 two-way, 12-inch loudspeakers and four KLA181 18-inch subwoofers. The 20,000-member church also added six K12 two-way, 12-inch active loudspeakers for use as out fill or stage monitors with the KLA Series system, depending on the type and size of the event.     Coconut Creek, FL – Coastal Community Church, the mobile church which sets up here every Sunday morning to deliver a variety of services including worship, teaching and music, now rolls out a superior sound system each week with a unique mobile QSC ILA Line Array.
