QSC Hosts Charity Golf Classic to Benefit Orange County United Way
Costa Mesa, CA (December 14, 2018) – QSC recently hosted its third annual QSC Charity Golf Classic, benefiting Orange County United Way (OCUW) and their initiative to end homelessness in Southern California. The event was held at Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA on Monday, October 22, 2018. Through the efforts and contributions of QSC partners, guests, and employees, the event raised more than $20,000 to benefit the United to End Homelessness Initiative. Attendees joined QSC to benefit this worthwhile cause in a variety of ways including player packages and corporate sponsorships. Keyboardist Brett Tuggle Rocks on with Lindsey Buckingham and QSC K10.2 Loudspeakers
Burbank, CA (October 2018) — Keyboardist Brett Tuggle has a résumé any musician would envy. A student of the piano since age six, the Los Angeles-based keyboardist and guitarist toured with Rick Springfield and David Lee Roth in the 1980s, co-writing Roth’s 1988 hit “Just Like Paradise.” He has also played with Jimmy Page, Steve Lukather of Toto, and David Coverdale of Whitesnake. Since the early ’90s, Tuggle has also held down the keyboard chair with blues-folk-rock icons Fleetwood Mac as well as its members’ many solo projects. QSC Rocks Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival
Rochester, NY (August 28, 2018) — This year’s Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival celebrated its seventeenth anniversary with a record attendance of over 208,000 people, who flocked to the downtown area for nine days of performances on multiple stages by the likes of Seal, Boz Scaggs, Alison Krauss, Brian Setzer and Tower of Power. The festival, which ran from June 22 through June 30, included the Avangrid Foundation/RG&E Barclay Damon Fusion Stage, hosting shows by regional artists and powered by QSC, including K.2 and KW Series powered loudspeakers, KW181 active subwoofers and a TouchMix-30 Pro Compact Digital Mixer.
