    Keyboardist Ed Roth Joins the QSC K for Musicians Family

    Costa Mesa, CA (October 22, 2012)–QSC Audio Products, LLC. is pleased to welcome keyboardist Ed Roth to their K for Musicians family, coinciding with the release of his self-titled debut album this week. Roth’s first single on the album, “Summertime,” spent 8 weeks in the Smooth Jazz Billboard Top 40 charts. “I really set out to make a strong, musical record and I am proud of the album. With the help and encouragement of Warrior Records, and a lot of great musician friends playing on it for me and two top engineers, Ryan Hewitt and Joel Numa, recording and mixing it, I feel like we made something that will still sound great in 10 years,” says Roth. “We picked out some interesting and unusual covers to add to my original songs on the album.     Japanese Spa Resort Hawaiians Rebuilds with QSC

    Fukushima, Japan (April 2012) – Spa Resort Hawaiians, a family water resort in Fukishima prefecture, Japan, had not long completed a complete refurbishment, including the commissioning of a QSC Installation Line Array (ILA) Loudspeaker System, when the terrible earthquake and tsunami of March 2011 wreaked havoc in the area. The resort had to close, but reconstruction work began almost immediately, and the ILA is now back in full service on the recently completed entertainment stage.     Brussels, Belgium (Oct 2011) – QSC K12 active loudspeakers and PowerLight™ 3 amplifiers provided the powerful audio behind an official concert on the promenade in front of the European Parliament building here recently. The public event celebrated Parliament’s naming of two new landmarks, the “Simone Veil Agora,” to honor former EP president Simone Veil and the “Solidarność 1980 Esplanade,” to acknowledge the important Solidarność union movement in Europe’s recent history.
