Service starts before the sale at QSC. Installation experts are available to answer questions, provide information and recommend products that fit your job requirements. EASE modeling and system functional reviews, plus factory and on-site training are also available as part of QSC's pre-sales service.
On-Time Delivery
At QSC, we recognize that time is one of the most valuable assets installation professionals have to offer. So on-time delivery is more than just a promise – it's a guarantee. In fact, if a product is in stock it can be ready to ship from our new, state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution facility in just ten minutes.
Post-Sales Support
QSC's technical staff are highly knowledgeable about installed applications and requirements and can provide assistance and perform troubleshooting for any type of professional application from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, weekdays. A QSC technical support forum is also available through the QSC website.
